great access to parks and local dining options

During my stay, I loved how close I was to freedom hall civic center and the beautiful winged deer park, making it easy to explore local events and enjoy nature walks around the area. the hotel was just a few steps away from yummy dining options, like rainbow asian cuisine and waffle house, perfect for a quick bite after a long day of sightseeing. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfy queen room with two queen beds, but the property could definitely use some upkeep in areas like the elevators.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offerings, including yogurt, were well-stocked. However, the room was located in a back section that had a strong odor of smoke, contrary to the non-smoking policy. Additionally, the bathroom faucet was faulty, providing only hot water, and the overall cleanliness could have been improved as the sheets felt worn. Despite these issues, the atmosphere of the hotel was accommodating enough to consider another stay.

The comfortable beds helped, but the sheets were stained and not properly cleaned.
